Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Italy.

Delivery times

- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.

These are estimates. Carriers, customs and holiday periods can cause delays.

Shipping costs

- Orders under $50: $4.95 standard shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more, including the 2-pack and 3-pack: free shipping.

Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Customers outside the US may see these amounts converted to their local currency.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.

Priority dispatch

3-pack orders are prioritized in our processing queue.

Where orders ship from

Orders are sent by our international fulfilment partners, so your package may come from outside your country.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any charges not shown at checkout are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email borbonethomas3@gmail.com right away, before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if the package is confirmed lost or damaged.
