30-Day Breathe-Easy Guarantee

Try Lumanose for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. If it isn't for you, contact us at borbonethomas3@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort out a refund.

How returns work

- Email us first. We'll send you the return instructions. Packages sent back without contacting us may not be processed.
- Clean the device and tips, and send everything back with the cable and, if you still have it, the original box.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
- Once we receive and check your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Any shipping fee you paid isn't refunded, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your Lumanose arrives damaged, stops working during the guarantee period or you received the wrong item, email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it for free or refund you, at no cost to you.

Multi-packs

You can return some or all of the units in a pack. The refund for a partial return is based on the discounted pack price you paid per unit.

Free gifts

The Clear Nights Guide is a free digital gift. You can keep it and it has no refund value.

14-day right of withdrawal (customers in the European Union)

If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the product, without giving a reason. For an order with several units delivered separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last unit. This right applies in addition to our 30-Day Guarantee.

- How to withdraw: before the 14 days end, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw by emailing borbonethomas3@gmail.com or writing to [BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS]. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
- Sending it back: return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. We'll give you the return address when you contact us. You pay the direct cost of the return.
- Your refund: we refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of being told about your withdrawal, using your original payment method and at no fee to you. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you show proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. If you chose a shipping option more expensive than our cheapest standard one, we don't refund the difference.
